Since 2010 working from a small shed servicing the local industry and many areas beyond, expansion has occurred.
The business has undertaken many on grid and off grid solar installs as well as general electrical work. “In this country area you need to be very versatile” according to Damian Stammers, Managing Director.
In May 2019 we purchased a local property and renovated it to become our local workshop allowing further expansion.
The shop also employs local employees and continues supplying some of the local services such as irrigation products and LP Gas bottle supplies which is important to local farmers and shack owners in the region.
Work continues to grow in the Solar and Battery industry and we look forward to a successful future in this sector continually employing local people in this country area.

Damian Stammers
Managing Director – Damian Stammers
Damian has been in the Solar and Electrical industry for over 35 years. He started an apprenticeship with General Motors Holdens in Elizabeth and from there became a qualified Electrician. With more studies he added an Electrical Engineering Degree (with Honors), an MBA and numerous other certificates and accreditations to keep with evolving industry trends to now be running the successful business he is today.
Cameron Deer
Cameron Deer – Qualified Electrician
Cameron joined Stamtech Electrical Services in 2015 as an Apprentice Electrician. He has now completed the apprenticeship and stayed on as a full time Electrician.
Cameron is experienced with Solar installation projects and electrical contracting in general.
Enjoying the Riverland lifestyle so much, he has recently purchased a property in Mannum.
Angus Eddowes
Angus Eddowes – 1st Year Apprentice
Angus is a local resident who has recently joined the team as an apprentice. He shows great enthusiasm for learning the ropes in this industry.
Peter Melders and Bill Stammers also assist with shop and workshop duties as required
